Aspen, in Colorado’s Rocky Mountains, is a ski resort town and year-round destination for outdoor recreation. It’s also known for high-end restaurants, boutiques and the most photographed mountains in North America – Maroon Bells. There is so much to see and do in Aspen, Colorado. In this one-day travel guide, I’ll share with you some of the best things to do, eat and see in Aspen & Snowmass Village. We’re enjoying so beautiful hikes in Maroon Bells, taking one of the longest gondola rides in North America to the top of a mountain, riding an alpine coaster, enjoying a memorial garden, seeing ice caves and waterfalls, driving one of the highest pass in Colorado and of course some great dining and a brewery. Aspen offers so many unique summer activities and attractions and is a perfect mountain town to spend a full day exploring in Colorado.
